What is your Replacement and Refund policy?

We treat each and every customer as an important customer and try to provide the best quality products. Due to circumstances if the product what you received is damaged on the time of delivery or it is a different product, then Own My Shop is happy to replace with your expected product and in worst case we will refund the amount without any loss.

How do I request a replacement / return?

You have to raise a request by giving us a call and sending us email to within 2 days from the day you received the product.

What’s the duration of replacement and refund and how?

Once we confirm and accept the order falling under refund criteria, we take 7 business days to replace with the new one or in worst case you get the refund within it 7 business days.

How do I return an item purchased?

If you have purchased the item through then we will do free pickup of products from door deliveries. If you have purchased from our affiliated site then you have to contact them and they should able to assist you.

When you are returning you have to mention the shipment address correctly and when our pickup person reach your place you have to present and help us to pick up the product, otherwise you have to take care of courier charge and we will deduct it automatically from your refund amount.

I have requested a replacement, when will I get the replaced product?

Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement. In some of the locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up and for other it will happen in few business days. If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

What should I return if I am dissatisfied?

You have to return the full products. Original box, label and accessories.

How do I cancel my refund or replacement request?

Please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement item when it is delivered to you.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.

When are returns not possible?

  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks, jewellery freebies and clothing freebies.

    Will there be any delay in receiving my funds?

    Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We are happy to help you.

    How do I cancel an order?
  • You can cancel the orders before 6 hours or before shipment happen. All the policies and above content are applicable only if our partners doesn't have return policies mentioned in there store, if they have mentioned then those policies only applicable.
